Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Sadly, this is kind of representative of what the UOP culture has become... everyone is supposed to be "on the same team", but there is a serious "us VS them" mentality when it comes to Enrollment/Finance vs Admissions, front-end vs IT... even within departments, even when people are being let go left and right, and everyone is bogged down, there is so much contention and petty fighting... NO WONDER when you have obvious mismanagement and abuse of station going on (I am looking at you, J&C)... this ship is going down, because it is "every one for themselves", there is no desire to be a team!
