"refund customers"- guess what??? people are allowed to return. CR associates think its like a deadly sin to return and they treat customers that change their mind like they are doing omething wrong....THIS is the problem!!!! its human behavior...guess what we change our mind and we have a right to!ahg...such low level managers always focused on the wrong thing
