Executives leaving, cutting expenses including mileage when gas prices are increasing, a stock price that was at was at the $50 dollar range and has not breached $40 since march, upper management asking forr feedback but not really caring to hear any solutions, dangling a career progression carrot with no solid details on what this progression is based off of, metrics and new SF protocol that ensures someone else can pick up where your left off. I have been through shit like this before. I like this job, but have just grownnsceptical of what patterns I am noticing. Too bad really.
