You may not want to be "...in the middle of that..." with regards to student retention. Unfortunately not all Heald instructors are so fortunate. In the final analysis, admin can't really force the instructors to make all the phone calls. With regards to your students, CSUMB graduates might with some luck find a job but Heald grads likely don't. You can go to Harkell CC and get a MUCH BETTER education for almost FREE versus paying $20K+ for a vastly inferior Heald education. Heald's biggest problem is ALL the graduates since 2010 onward going around and telling prospective students "...We can't find jobs...". Your biggest problem is likely to be rapidly declining enrollments and the fact that Heald lost Cal Grants is hurting enrollments BIG TIME.
