Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Those Admission Reps making 100k plus use Overtime to get that number. There are Admission Reps in Online that suck up all the overtime. Well they use to but the company has cut back. Some of these over paid Reps use to work 24 /7. Half the time they would do the work from their cell phone while not in the office. Other times they would come in clock in then leave. Their Directors would let them get away with it because they sit over 20 students per start. Even the VP knew they were cheating but he did not care as long as they over hit budget. Those days are gone now because the company is watching OT. I know one Admissions Rep that made over 60k in overtime alone back in 2009-10. He was stealing because you did not need overtime to sit 20 students back than. The students were falling in your lap. I sit 20 and worked 40 hr days. Back than you got a raise every six months based on the number of students you sit. In 1 year I went from 35k a year to 50k...in two years I was making 70k a year without overtime. Those days are long gone but it was Great! $$$$ Greed ! Greed! Greed! Nobody gave a dam about student need! We did not even care if they Finshed or not as long as they sit in class for 30days.
