Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Heald students are consumers who can make their own decisions. The information is readily available to them, and if they want to go to Heald, that's great. Heald has many very dedicated professors, tutors, and other support staff who do actually care about student success. The cost comparison between Heald and public community colleges is deceptive because it suggests that those colleges could accomodate all the Heald students and that all the Heald students could succeed at a public community college. Neither of those is the case, for many different reasons. If there wasn't a place for Heald and the rest of CCi, we wouldn't have just shy of 100,000 students.
