Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

(Enrollment), then director and stop the manager who are cheating the system from firing someone like me who has been there for 10 years and never even a write up. my manager goes to baby showers with directors for 2 hours or more and birthday celebration for more time and I take an emergency one in all this time and do not answer an email from fc over a holiday weekend and the next day due to being so business at work and I have been written up 3 times in 6 months. my manager has his cell at his desk using it and in meeting but my emergency once in 10 years and I have a write up and can not go to school life plans gone, house maybe gone, because she doesn't want me there anymore. I work my ass off everyday and I will be fired within the next 6 months. my fc is always going to my manager etc., but I am the one who has to calm down students because he is so rude and self involved the students hate him and leave and I get blamed my manger is a liitle child and so is my director spends most of the day with another director listening to loud music or laughing in the office the door to the office always has someone coming or going I saw he coloring a poster one day....really how much does she get paid...and I am the one spending every hour get a student to move forward stay or return every day and I will be the one they are going to be able to fire and no one is watching them to stop them. helpless student driven employee with more powerful feedback from students and enrollment them most, but I am going to be fired.
