At least Entergy has their priorities straight. They know that a certain amount of operators will be leaving/retiring and they need to fill positions. Unlike Dynegy that only cares about screwing their employees instead of thinking of them as an asset to the company. “Hey Joe Blow we can get anyone to work here unemployment is high”.
