Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

The roadshow at our campus was a joke too! There were many questions asked but most followed with the same answer "I don't know" or "It's on the table". Basically, no answers. It was scripted and these new 'leaders' were told what to say. The ONLY reason there was a roadshow at all was because it was a 'baraometer' check to see what people were thinking and feeling about the company. If it quacks like a damn duck, then it is a damn duck. Make no mistake about it, these people that run this company could care less about you and the student. Believe me there are really good companies out there that really DO care about the welfare of the employees. To the people that were layed off..congratulations...you will all do just fine out there. The election will have a profound impact on the future of this company. Pay attention and don't just believe what you read on here...research it yourself.
