@Dr. Who. If the enrollments remain stable then Heald might try to convince you to stay for another quarter. If the enrollments do a major decline then they are likely to be happy to see you gone as other faculty will be scrambling for classes to teach. You are hardly the only Heald faculty member that is tired of the administrative crap.
