It is unfortunate that you continue to insult the poster by using the term idiot when you have at least one valid point. It takes away from your argument and makes you appear uninformed and petty. It is true that the organization is dominated by employees at all levels who were originally hired under a different business model, but you as an employee have to adapt to change or move on to another employer that better fits you. The professional advice I would give you is to learn to better articulate your arguments without resorting to insults. You'll have a lot better chance of actually affecting someone's opinion.
