LOL! Wrong! That is not the problem with the organization. The problem is smoke and mirrors. Nobody can call it like it is because of government regulation. So essentially we have communication issues internally so we can deceive the federal government externally. You have leadership who got where they are at through the "old" UOPX culture and are stuck. There is no motivation, reward, or promtional opportunity for bottom level employees (you know the ones who make the company money). Therefore, you have no choice but to work with unmotivated people who are fine with mediocrity and receiving a paycheck. It's not the employees fault but the organization/industry in which we work. Motivated intelligent individuals typically pursue challenging positions which promote development and create opportunity. Do not be simple minded. Instead make an attempt to think critically. You defending management is sad. The heirarchy is flawed and the company is TOP HEAVY! They serve no purpose and many get paid close to 6 figures. So I'm sorry if you really like your manager and want to defend them but this isn't personal it is business and if you do not recognize that than I stick with my orginal observation, you are an idiot.
