I am a previous instructor at Everest Fort Worth South. I left because of the lady they have as "Chair". She belittles the instructors and stabs them in the back. She has given up basically and it has hurt the program tremendously. The MA program at South is what keeps the school open. When you have a Chair that doesnt care, that makes it hard for the instructors to keep the students in the seats.
Almost every instructor (including the MA Lead) have left because of the pressure and abuse brought onto them from the chair. She does not even have MA experience. She does not care about the students any longer.
I left for another teaching job and they actually care about the staff there.
I am hoping someone forwards this onto Regional Long so that she can see the problem is Ms. T!
She has left students in the classrooms for hours when she is supposed to be substituting. SHE IS THE PROBLEM!
They lost a great group of teachers because of her. Get someone in there that cares and knows what it is like to be an MA.
