Tomway wants us all to write down how many pencils are in locker, what number and sign a checksheet, then any pencils that aren't accounted for will get a notice taped to them, then after 60 days will be gathered and logged in triplicate, the log will be sent to Houston and this is what we have that stooge doing, work like that because he's useless around people and he makes more than you and I...and has a GED...
