Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I came to this blog because it was sent to me and I knew nothing about it. Now that I am here I WISH I would have known about it yesterday when my entire campus got walked out. Honestly it does not matter how hard you work for this company because they still see you as a disposable pawn. My campus was leading in the NE region in many areas where it counted to help the University grow and have continued to receive "kudos" on various leadership calls, etc and while many other campuses were trending downward my campus was trending upward; and guess what WE still got shut down. I am a person of integrity and loyalty and this company has embarassed its name and brand(if thats what you still want to call it) with the way they just throw away its employees and do NOT care how it effects the students. I led my campus in recommendations and now I will use that same word of mouth to NEVER EVER recommend such a company to ANYONE else. Those that still have a job be sure to update your resume and start heavily looking for a job because you will be next. With the way the university is going, it is sure to go back to being in the presidents garage!
