Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

It's not a coincidence children bully in school. They are bullied at home by the same parents that find it acceptable in a business environment. It's make them feel powerful because of their own inadequacies as leaders and role models.If you are a senior executive, please be assured these actions do not add to your bottom line, rather negatively affect production, profits, purpose, and loyalty. These are clear cases of harrassment and creation of a hostile work environment. If you are worried about the bottom line, you should be especially concerned and take a proactive stance to stop this unacceptable behavior. If you don't, you are as responsible as the perpatators and the consequences of their unprofessinal actions. If you encourage this behavior and find it acceptable, the business really does not deserve to succeed.
