Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

This is not Obamas fault I read the other day. I upper management that just got greedy and grow out of control. I think it was around 2005 or so when matrix and 20% were introduced and greed went out of control and EA did care how they enrolled and retention was really bad and as long as I keept a student in a school for up to the second course second week that would give my retation rate. Then came the drop and debt toward the university and the return to leanders but it was al greed. in 2010 the think changed the wanted the enrollment team to focus on quality and how had the highest probability in completing their degrees and matrix was gone and the 20% were gone. The started to work la a higher education is supposed to. Management was still in the old mind set and were doing nothing and high paying EA were laid back becase they were not going to get those enormous raises anymore. So it was not OBAMA it the owns universities fault. By the way the man behind the matrix and al that was gone like in 2008 and the organization just thought they could keep it up and look were it has got them NOT OBAMA. Read about the managements history. Great organization a one point but the guy how invented the matrix is the one at fault and upper management that desided to sustain it until 2010.
