Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Remember this about SSP - people do NOT want to get on the phone for fear of making DQSS rate their calls as NOT DEMONSTRATED - when in actuality if they listend to calls that were over the 45 minute window they may find that calls are done according to their SSP process but they don't listen to those calls do they...NO...they only constantly tell people they DO NOT DEMONSTRATE - what a morale booster this whole process is. Why not move everything to INDIA or Puerto Rico and just cancel the whole Phoenix offices altogether? if they are going to treat people with such SSP cruelty and leave them with feelings of incredible "what did I do wrong" good luck keeping those employees that you so call "value".
