Directors are still coming unplugged due to DQQS scores. They are demanding enrollment follow DQQS script. If student deviates, enrollment is supposed to stop student and put them back in the DQQS model. It's a joke. Plus they are watching how many times ACC sends calls to Grad Team & GT doesn't answer. ACC is being coached to not use voicemail, just keep calling GT until they answer.
