West division is being asked to come up with 8 referrals a month per enrollment counselor are other divisions being asked for the same? If so, isn't that breaking the headhunting rule that the DOE established to prevent for profits from making the education sales based. All I can say is from my experience making a quota on referrals makes UOPX look more like a sales company and all counselors are going to do is lie about peoples names and information. I dont know how the company doesn't get it??? Also, they want to write you up for not having 8 referrals per month. That is another lawsuit just waiting to happen. So go ahead write me up.
