Heald College Modesto CA is in danger of being taught out. If the enrollment numbers don't start to improve then Heald Modesto will be taught out. If it wasn't for the slight detail that CCI spent a LOT of money on the campus along with it being under 2 years old then Modesto would have been long gone. Heald and CCI big shots wish the campus was never opened.
