We know it's about numbers the rest of us are surviving month to month. 7-8/mo doesn't get director off your ass but the others enroll 1-3/6 mos & they are promoted. Don't defend the "it's not about favorites". Most UOP campuses are run this way. Yes, layoffs happen, I doubt anyone is upset about that. It's more of "who & why" folks are being laid off, that's pudding the shit out of us
