I have zero sympathy for those people who choose not to use their vacation time. Its there for you to use!!! Granted there are certain times of the year that using it is difficult but you should have scheduled around it. What were you saving it for anyways. Its not like the company was going to say yes take all 6+ weeks of vacation in one shot. Come on people accept some responsiblity.
