our campuses are in the "South" and majority of people let go were caucasion managers or directors with many years of employment with the university. it's not about minorities, it is about a company that is overloaded in middle and uper management, has too many other positions that are spread out and redundant, and offers a service that can be easily centralized. it sucks and i think that there needs to be a shake up and reorganization at the very highest levels.
