Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Blacks always cry racism, that is why no one wants them around because they are nothing but problems. Companies only hire them because the are quota fillers. Look around at any successful company, for ever 100 whites, you probably will one or two blacks at most. Why; because the black want want nothing but a free ride. These people do not work. When they are together in groups, their real ghetto side emerges. The cry racism if the don't get their way. Companies tolerate them because of the need to fill a quota. What is nice is this quota nonsense seems to be going away now that they have one of their own in the white house. I see this quota is vanishing quick. What is nice is that there will be none of these stupid nigs in any prominent positions what is nice.
