Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Although this is all more than disappointing, the best any of us can do is try to beat them at their own game. Stay positive and hang in there until they give you your walking papers. Obviously, if you get a better job offer...DO IT! But, don't jump because it is getting ridiculous because that is just what they are hoping for. Don't want to pay out any more unemployment than they have to. As far as the "differentiators" we all know them. It is a way to "scare" those who are already scared. Beat them at their own game and stay strong. you know if you are a valued employee...don't let anyone de-value you. Fight the brainwashing!
