This is all about the leadership. The people at the top. And it is very sad that this has to happen this way. No one department works harder than the next. Enrollment enrolls them and the people in other departments can't necessarily do the job we do. It takes skill. The AC/FA team keeps them in and others can't necessarily do the job they do. Please don't assume that all enrollment is stupid to the process. I understand fully that getting them in is not matriculated and accepted. That doesn't happen initially and the students get a letter to that means when they are completely accepted to their program. I kept mine and that was sent 4 years ago. Who cares if Orlando and Tampa combine they are close enough aren't they. They are doing what is necessary for profit. I think Tampa is just as close to their new campus as Daytona was. About an hour away. The company is doing the things that make sense for them financially and we all have to fall in line AND stop fighting. We have done our jobs and--if you are worth your salt--done them well. And if the time comes when they don't need us then leave with your head high. But don't sit around arguing over who does the better or harder job. It is childish. And it is the division that those in charge want. Stand together because divided you fall.
