Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

No more changes coming? Of COURSE there are more changes coming. Small minded leadership resorts to layoffs while not offering any concrete plan for the future. This is the same Senior leadership that told us all with a straight face in October that there would be no more layoffs. LIE. So there have been layoffs every quarter for almost a year. Not going to change anytime soon. IT and operations will be next. The invested campus IT staff that are key components of campus culture at so many sites will be pared back to a handful of travelling break fix technicians. Ops managers will cover a territory instead of a campus. AC/FC loads will go up as more of them are managed out for no reason but to cut staff. Get out or wait to get laid off or managed out. Those are our choices.
