Would any middle management like to shed some light on why they get paid twice as much and do twice as less? Why in the hell is middle management not LEADING FROM THE FRONT? BASIC LEADERSHIP!!!!!!!! Instead they would rather "Do as I say, not as I do." It is so frustrating to see such a lack of common sense when it comes to leading people. Anybody with an ounce of a brain knows if middle management was on the phone with their team AND leading it would provide them a leg to stand on. Who in the hell wants to hear advice from somebody who doesn't deal with students all day and instead waste their time in meetings which obviously do no good for the organization. Come on Sperling pull your head out of your rear end!!!
