Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Retention is the name of the game. By no means is UOPX perfect in any right, and the current numbers reflect that. They still are the largest school in the country, for profit or not.That is impressive, and has opened a door to online education. Enough so that many "brick and mortar" traditional schools as you call them are turning to online. The curriculum is on point with any 4 year university and the students are the ones who reflect that. So that measly paycheck you speak of is for doing the right things, for the right reasons. Trust me I am not one who has drank the koolaid but I am responsible enough to back what I speak of. So for everyone on here please be intelligent enough to research your own information, scorned ex employees are not the people you should trust either. Let's hope for everyone's sake UOPX does do the right thing in the end for everyone.
