Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Embarrassing, the comments I see on here. I will agree that HR did not take proper action with hiring ethical employees. However at the end of the day no one can deny the education. University of Phoenix is a pioneer in modern education. I would challenge any nay sayer to compare it to other high profile universities. And since when has it ever been a crime to be a publicly traded organization?? The transparency that comes with for profit institutions mandates full disclosure of all details of operations including funds. In my opinion I appreciate Apollo grp for holding such integrity. There are many non profit universities internally functioning as a for profit yet are not obligated to disclose such information. Nor do they take the ethical steps to be truthful with their intent. Very sad what people can do to a organization. Value and integrity.. that is all we need....lets focus on quality employees, impeccable service, and pride in are organization....we can do this UOPX!!! Lets get rid of this cancer...
