Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Could someone please stand up and explain what kind of policy or should I say (known ethical violations) allow an executive enrollment advisor aka...just a regular ole EA because she really don't do anywork...to be an acting manager over EA's that do the same job she does everyday. I do not understand how one minute you are on the phone hustling to get students just as every other EA is expected to and then the next minute you running reports and advising your COWORKERS on how they can do their job better. REALLY....WHERE DO THEY DO THAT AT??? What kind of explicit favors did this chick offer up to be put on that role??? Since when is it right for me to call my COWORKER to get permission to be off??? At this point I do not put anything past the management team at University of Phoenix because they have proven they can pull anything out of their cracks and call it a new policy. Maybe we if we want to move up or even have a position created in our honor..maybe it might be necessary to take pointers from this chick...obviously she got it all figured out...Ya think?????
