Heald College ideal student is one that takes 150% of the normal time to complete the program to maximize revenue. If a student drops out for one or two quarters but timely completes the program then Heald obtains the maximum amount of revenue possible. If the student takes more than 150% of the normal time to complete the program then the student becomes a burden on the Federal Loan statistics.
