It seems that the "work culture" at India, has already "transitioned" into its final transformation phase. Here is the same. I already decided to leave the company. If I stay here, I'll die of depression, cancer, or something similar. This thread was an eye opener to see I was not going crazy. All those bad things actually exist. I would recommend sharing this thread to schools, and any other organization that is putting their trust in DreamWorks. Most of what it is said is true, I'm glad it is comming out. They shouldn't sell "dreams". Its a nightmare, and time of your life you'll be throwing to the air or the pockets of just a couple of greedy and irresponsible men. God will take care of them.
