Thread regarding Scottrade layoffs

I wonder if they will remove that marketing language about no layoffs. Because the latest re-org that eliminated positions would qualify for a layoff in my book. They are getting their butt kicked via ACATS to online brokerages, but still NET GAIN from full brokerages (i.e. Edward Jones). Bad management decisions such as buying Focus Shares and the first Mobile app are heavy indicators of inexperience at the helm.
