Confirmed this afternoon: June will be the beginning of a large layoff starting with the SE online based in Phoenix. They have allowed advisors to cross enroll for almost everything. Not as many advisors will be needed including managers. Preparing to let go of entire teams instead of individuals. Where does your team stand right now? Hopefully in the top 60%. Health Care and Education in June followed by Business in July. It's going to be a long summer... Good luck everyone. Thank goodness I am Part of the West market.
