Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Some staff have been with the organization 5, 10, 15 years. There is no retirement package. It is not set up for you to be here for a career. If it were, you'd know the what happens next with you stay here 20 years. For most of the people the what happens next is at some point in the game they terminate you or push you out the door. Unfortunately, it is a good job you keep and stack your chips at and then run before they make you bitter/angry and hateful about what you do. After that, you are no good to the students and they need your guidance.
