Thanks for your posts, keeping it real, seriously. It sounds like you are in a management position, and you're being pressured by directors that want hard numbers. Please share what capacity you work in. I'm assuming it's either finance, student services, or enrollment. Lord knows they just see us as a call center. I know people hate posting here but not UOPX nor anyone else can get or do shit about IP addresses.
For example, I work in Bldg 30, 1st floor and my reasonable complaints to OSHA have done the trick this week, along with other complaints. Been in constant contact with osha reps this entire week and things just started looking better.
