Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I work in the ADG division also and I will agree with you that mike williams is a worthless director. He sits in his office all day and never walks around to say hi to anyone. he only speaks to those he likes, and ignores the rest of us like we dont exist. if he doesn't like you he "moves you through the process" as he puts it and will have you terminated. i have seen him fire people that perform twice as high as others in the division that he favors, however they are quickly terminated if you arent like by him. Patrick walks around and says high to everyone daily and is very approachable. Mike on the otherhand is a waste of uop salary. I wish uop would wake up and see how he is driving our division into the ground.
