Just another wasted day here at UOP. So far this week our DOE Mike W. has taken 2 hour lunches every day to go the gym which is in the building right next to us, and just sits in his office all day. It is amazing how he has no problem firing top performing employees that oppose him or aren't part of his "favorite managers" list, yet keep employees that walk around all day, or a manager that calls out all the time and leaves early every single Wed. Seriously, such a waste of DOE.
