I appreciate your positive outlook, however being dishonest about company cuts and layoffs is a lack of character on your part. People should have the opportunity to seek employment elsewhere ahead of time if their employment is in danger. I can assure you, there will be layoffs next month. There is a clear difference between disconnects and transfers. I will agree with you that if people are not happy here, they should seek employment elsewhere, and not wait for potential layoffs to be the determining factor in doing so.
