Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I thought “disconnection” orders were only for terminated staff. I believe “transfer” orders are for staff relocation but according to “Director, Wednesday 5/22/13 9:30 PM” this is not the case. In either event, the amount of mistrust, mistreatment, and mismanagement within UoP is obvious by the postings here. I believe there WILL be layoffs.
