Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Ok, the fact that everyone is more worried about my spelling grammar than the context of the posting is probably a problem as the point of the post is to get a message across. If you are not happy with the company nor your job, then you should not be here, plain and simple. This is one of the biggest issues with current employees, they stay here to bring everyone else down and they love to feed off the drama. If everyone was to do their job then we would not have this issue at all. I advise to everyone to just find whatever it is they love and are good at and do that. Don't keep your self in a dead end job if you are not happy. As for certain directors not doing their job, this happens. Not everyone has the same skill set to be a great coach, teacher, or friend. Some people just suck at what they do and like I say before to all my employees in my division, " I wont show you, I wont tell you, I will teach you how to do something". Good luck everyone and keep a positive environment .
