I think it's time that the Birmingham Campus gets highlighted on this website - it's long overdue. There is no leadership at the Birmingham Campus. Well, I should say no leadership in leaership positions. There is not one person in management in Birmingham that can make a REAL decision. If you are in a leadership position, then why can't you make a decision? Why are you receiving a paycheck? People do not respect you because you haven't earned it. You earn respect by being a leader and not by sitting on a title. The way you treat your staff and the few dedicated students you do have is insulting to say the least.
