Not meaning to preach and I am very very aware of what went on around me today. I just think it is a huge leap to say they were let go for no reason....or that only long timers were let go. It was a wide array of people and probably a number of reasons. Primary .... Not ONLY...reason was a performance review containing NI. From there other factors were considered. This does NOT apply to the managers as far as I can tell but the others yes.
