Come on you know that is not all they look at as far as redundancy. How about redundancy in skills overall. And look further than Memphis.
Not HR and not a manager. Been in RJ IT for 12 years....thought I had seen it all. This is certainly upsetting to all involved no doubt. But you have to look beyond the made for TV conspiracy theories. I too have been very concerned about "the Russians" .... Miss the old RJ values...etc. But fanning the flames only makes it harder for those left behind.
