CSW eliminated the "Reduction in Force" policies Y-049 and Y-051 last August 2012

CSW eliminated the "Reduction in Force" policies Y-049 and Y-051 last August 2012. They referred to the W.A.R.N policy of giving 60 days notice of layoff etc... If you read W.A.R.N on the web, I believe L-3 will use the "Faltering Company" exclusion to defend not giving 60 days notice. Good luck!
