Hey they laid-off people with over five years experiences/ working on the aircraft in reset, and kept people with less than a year on the job site. They got rid of people who give them problems in the past, but these people have the work experience now the work load has slowed down. L-3 can get away with it for now because their are only 7 aircraft
now with BDR damage and that takes months to fix, but if the work load picks up they won't able to support the mission and hopefully the Army holds them to the contract. QAR's and CARs ha ha Good Luck... :0
