@ Fuzz E... Come on man, seriously, some management may be bad but I've never been "harnessed up" or w/e sick analogy you used. Yes, there is some bad, BAD middle management... but CSW also has some really awesome managers as well! If you get laid off then maybe you can come back to L3 CSW later if you keep the right attitude. Good luck!
