I was pretending to be HR... but it sounded good, right? Everyone on the "hate list" from your manager presumably (from my perspective) would be axed first. Keep good documents... times, places, events.. that may help. In the end, Utah is an "at will" state, so the employers here need very minimal explanations as to why they are letting you go. All the bells and whistles while you work at a big company are like blinders to a horse in the end... but hy, they did try to keep us fat and happy!
L3 DID try to keep everyone gainfully employed, except certain managers that told you to charge the JOB and NOT overhead. If your manager told you to charge a program charge code, or a job number, to multiple hours beyond what it would normally take, so as not to incur overhead, you should report that. Really.
